TECHNICAL / CONCEPT SUPPORT

- Clients could personally visit manufacturing sites at their discretion, which is very much encouraged. This can be added into the overall project costings.
PROJECT CONTROL
- Detailed Project book established at program inception.
- Each project book carries all pertinent program information, updated weekly and running for duration of the program.
INSPECTION
- Initial Sample Inspection Report (I.S.I.R) provided for each part.
TOOLING SIGN OFF
- Sample parts sent by air to the client after each tool trial.
- Tools signed off in Asia prior to shipping, target is to replicate production intent.
- Tooling commissioned at clients plant with TQT toolmaker support as required.
